  When God gave the green light for a mission to Kenya, the plan seemed simple: teach children about His love through a lei-making activity. Instead, God used a journey across the globe to deliver a powerful reminder about moving from "doing" to "being"—being fully present with family, friends, and God Himself. Guided by Revelation 3:20, the trip became a beautiful awakening to the absolute necessity of deep, faithful connection.

 For many years, Melanie has been a foundational pillar and strong supporter of CIRE. As one of the very first faces you see, she pours her heart into greeting and checking in our members. Her beautiful smile and the ever-present pua (flower) in her hair serve as a constant, warm reflection of God's grace and aloha.

God calls all of us into fellowship, connection, and service—extending far beyond our real estate business and deeply into the lives of the clients we protect and serve.

A University of Oregon Business Administration graduate and digital marketing specialist, Thatcher blends an innovative mindset with a strong work ethic. He is dedicated to handling every transaction with accuracy, honesty, and efficiency. 

 As an avid ultra-runner, Thatcher brings endurance, focus, and perseverance to both his work and faith. His competitive background includes completing multiple 50K and 50-mile ultra-marathons, including the Doomsday 50-Miler on Oʻahu and the Hawaiʻi Kai Ultra Run, inspiring others to pursue long-term growth and success.
